1. EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 Your order represents an offer to execute a Purchase Agreement. When you make an order or add to cart the item you intend to purchase, chosen your preferred payment method, proceeded to the checkout and completed the checkout process, Harlem Jazz Boxx will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order and explain all relevant details (Order Confirmation). Your Order Confirmation does not represent acceptance of the Agreement. Instead, it confirms receipt of your order.
1.2 It becomes a Purchase Agreement only when we dispatch the product i.e. board game to you.
1.3 Harlem Jazz Boxx reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
2.1. You may not register with us if you are under 18 years of age (by ordering from us and agreeing to this terms of service, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age).

2.2. You may register for an account with us by completing and submitting the registration form.
3. PAYMENTS
Payments for all orders and purchases on the site are considered complete when made in full. Orders for which payments are yet to be completed shall not be processed.
4. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Harlem Jazz Boxx from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms of Service.

6.2 Harlem Jazz Boxx shall have the unlimited right to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques received by Harlem Jazz Boxx as User’s Content, for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products based on such information.

7. WARRANTY
You hereby acknowledge and agree that the use of the website is at your own sole risk and you are entirely responsible for your use of the website and any Third Party Content. Harlem Jazz Boxx takes all measures necessary to reduce, as reasonably possible, the risk that the website and Harlem Jazz Boxx’s Content contain any viruses and defects.
